The Misfit Mafia Foundation is an Illinois-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting emergency services education and training. Content on this site is provided for general information and community coordination.

• Events you submit are reviewed by our team before appearing on the public calendar. Submission does not guarantee publication.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the event details you provide and for having the right to share them.
• We may edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion. The foundation is not the organizer of listed third-party events and is not responsible for their content, safety, or cancellation.

Donations are made through Venmo (@MisfitMafia1) and are processed entirely by Venmo under its own terms and privacy policy. Donations support our charitable mission and are generally non-refundable. The Misfit Mafia Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization; donations may be tax-deductible — consult your tax advisor.

Sponsor logos, names, and links are displayed as described in each sponsorship tier. Recognition placement does not imply the foundation's endorsement of a sponsor's products or services, and sponsors may not imply such endorsement.

Editor accounts are provided to authorized team members. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful content
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Interfere with the operation of the site
• Use the foundation's name, logo, or branding without permission

The Misfit Mafia name, logo, and site content are the property of the Misfit Mafia Foundation and may not be reused without written permission, except for sponsor logos which remain the property of their respective owners.

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Training information is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional instruction or your department's policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the foundation is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or attendance at listed events.
